Yo, it’s Teiko here..
I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself and give you an insight into who “Teiko Reindorf” is and more importantly how I can help you
If I had to sum myself up it would be; I am a man fascinated by STRENGTH who also happens to live his life teaching others how they can become BIGGER and STRONGER
As a kid I struggled with being overweight, everything changed when I discovered the transformational power of training.
Once I got my first YORK home training barbell set, I became obsessed with training. Every day when I got home from school I put myself through a grueling workout in attempt to become a freak of strength.
As I dedicated more of my time to training, something clicked – I saw just how much better life could be as a strong man.
This fascination with all things strength lead me to study Powerlifting, Classic Bodybuilding and Olympic Weightlifting in an effort to get as much under the bar knowledge as possible. This combined with 16 years of my own training led me down the path of a personal training. Once I started privately training clients, I made a conscious decision to specialize in taking meek men and turning them into men of STRENGTH
In my 10 years as a trainer, I’ve discovered that most guys tend to make the same mistakes keeping them from ever maximizing their muscle size and STRENGTH.
These mistakes leave them spinning their wheels and getting more and more frustrated month after month
When things get really bad, these same guys develop some sort of dysfucntion and end up sidelined from training all together because they’ve brought about an injury.
