Yo what’s good Arnold?
If there is one question I get more often than anything it’s this:
“How do I get bigger arms”
Like you, I once struggled getting my arms to grow
I tried a bunch of arm training programs which promised gargantuan gains and as you can expect none of them delivered
I finally cracked my arm training quandary one summer afternoon while reminiscing about my first job in my uncles woodworking shop
See, back in the summer of ninety-two my pops decided it was time for me to start earning my keep (I guess he didn’t want a shiftless, no-good son, sitting at home eating up all his damn food)
he sent me to work long, arduous days with my uncle Atcho.
Atcho specialized in crafting furniture and though I doubt he really needed my help – it was agreed my job was to make sure the shop floors were clean as a whistle.
I know, I know… sounds pretty easy right?
Let me tell you man, I HATED every minute of it
If you’ve ever seen that movie Groundhog Day, it tells about this guy who wakes up every morning to the exact same sequence of events happening all around him
Imagine sweeping a floor only to watch in dismay as seconds later it gets covered in a pile of wood shavings
Regardless of how much I hated it – The job did leave clues to how to grow a huge set of arms
See back in the day, uncle Atcho had the biggest biceps I had ever seen in my life. Though the man never touched a dumbbell a day in his life, his entire workday revolved around pressing wood through razor-sharp machines which could take his entire arm off
This tireless repetition inadvertently put his arms under constant tension resulting in a gargantuan set of pipes
When I finally clued into this, my arms catapulted to new levels of growth
In short – if you are trying to build bigger arms – it’s critically important that you start training your arms with more frequency while performing exercises which expose them to a longer than average “time under tension”
