    Just started doing 24 fasts on Sunday and Wednesdays (my bodyweight EDT workout days). Have to say that so far, the 24 hour fasts suit me much better than 16/8 lean gains because I can workout straight after I finish fasting. Haven’t lost any weight but definitely getting more defined. If you finish the fast with a high intensity workout, it really curbs your hunger and you don’t pig out at the end.
