Let’s face it
Most guys have it totally wrong when it comes to knowing what women are attracted to
They think women like men in fancy clothes, flashy suits and gaudy jewelry but nothing could be further from the truth. In fact if you ask most women what really turns them on, I will bet the majority of them say the same thing

And like those other symbols of power, this archetype gets women going
But here’s the catch…
Here’s the thing that women don’t tell you… The archetype figure they are envisioning has one very distinct characteristic.
He isn’t skinny…
In fact the guy they are picturing fills out that shirt and he fills it out well. I don’t know about you but deep down inside I think most guys would love to be the man most women day-dream about
I actually think that’s the reason many guys go to the gym
Unfortunately, the majority of them go about it the wrong way. Most of these guys are either training too heavy, too infrequently or focusing on the wrong things when it comes to building t-shirt muscles
As far as I’m concerned, building the type of physique that looks good in a t-shirt only happens when you do a few things right
1: Ditch the low rep training and train with tons of volume
If you want to build more muscle with an upper body specialization routine, you MUST dump the low rep training and infuse your program with volume… lots of it
Low rep training is great for increasing strength but when it comes to packing on size, volume is much, much better
The first thing you are gonna do when you start training for t-shirt muscles is dedicate entire workouts to particular muscle groups like your chest, back and arms.
2: Train more frequently
The old school way of thinking was that you couldn’t train a particular body part every single day… boy, were we wrong.
Recent studies have shown that high frequency training drastically speeds-up the rate of muscle growth (hypertrophy).
But here’s the thing, all that muscle growth will only occur if the training is offset by adequate nutrition and sufficient recovery methods.
Booya… How’s that for slaying sacred cows
3: You’ve got to get focused… Man
Lastly gaining muscle during a specialization routine is a focused effort.
You are gonna have a real hard time packing on any sort of mass if you are spreading yourself too thin… get it too thin (HA)
Anyway, the moment you start focusing on building a bigger broader chest, cannonball delts and strong powerful arms you will have to fall back on the amount of training you do for your other body parts
