Wanna know something f*cked up?
At this time last year I was laid up in bed, nursing
a nasty back injury.
The injury initially occurred 7 years ago, when
my dumb-ass got a little too ambitious on a heavy
set of box squats
All I remember was sitting back and hearing a snap
crackle and POP
To say that shit tore me up would be an understatement
Things were so bad I couldn’t even manage to tie my own laces
let alone put on a pair of socks.
And for a while the injury seemed to rear it’s nasty head every few months.
It took me damn near a years worth of rehab and diligent training to
get my shit back to normal
It’s only now that i can walk into the gym and CRANK big weight
Most people who know my story find it remarkable that I went from
barely able to walk, let alone lift to smashin big weights without
undergoing any surgery.
