Listen… You’re gonna laugh when I tell you
All of this dieting stuff is drivin me fuckin crazy
Earlier today, I wasted an hour debating whether
or not to have a cheat meal
This sorta shit might be run of the mill for the pretty
poster models but I am a man who is used to eating
whatever the fuck he feels like
After wrestling with this cheat meal bullshit and succumbing…
( All you can eat Japanese btw, I tore that shit up!)
I’ve decided to do something different with this diet
As of now, I am designating one meal every 2 weeks to eating
whatever the FUCK I want
I figure this bi-weekly carb up is gonna serve 2 purposes
1: It’s gonna rev my muscles up with some much needed
glycogen. Hopefully this will lead to some serious CRANK time
in the gym – PR’s here I come.
2: It’s gonna help tame the savage beast when I’m not liftin.
