Some People Need to Chill
Yo what’s up man?
Why is it every time I go to the gym
I see some nincompoop doing some
atrocious shit that’s gonna tear his shit up?
This morning I witnessed what might have
been the worst squat form on the planet.
Ol boy barely moved the damn weight
As if that weren’t bad enough, he then went
on to brag about how much his knees have been
hurting him, despite the fact he squats.
I’ll bet you he has never even considered taking
a step back and doing specific exercises to fix
If I actually knew the guy I would have made
him sit down and watch this
Some people really need to chill- get the
basics down and then start movin weight.
