Strength Camp Chronicles Day 2
As the second day at Strengthcamp comes to an end…
I can fimrly say I'm glad I made the decision to come here.
Lifes sorta funny…
When I told people I was heading down to Florida to learn under Elliott Hulse, everyone balked
A month, they said
“What about your clients?”
“How will you make money while you are away?”
All valid questions but each one was coming from place of fear.
I'm not too sure…
But I think people get freaked out when they see others take chances because a voice in their head tells them they should be taking chances too
If theres one thing I've learned in my 34 years on this planet it's this…
Sometimes you've gotta nut-up and say FUCK IT, I'm doin this!
I took my first chance when I emailed Elliott and showed him how I could help him and I'm taking a chance now by leaving everything back home and coming to Florida
I don't know what will come of this but I've always believed…
There is no greater teacher than experience
So far so good,
In the day and a half since I've been here – I've already learned so much
I've watched Elliott film his epic videos
Train like a maniac
and create some really cool digital products that'll add to his ever growing empire
That in itself has given me a tremendous clarity on how I will be structuring my non-job within the next 12 months
Listening to Elliott speak (even in regular conversation) brings home how important it is to have a purpose in everything that you do
I think the majority of us non-jobbers are looking for a way out of our current situation and may be motivated by things which are rather selfish – like money and freedom
I know I was
Now I'm starting to realize that you need a greater purpose IF you really want your non-job to succeed.
I'll tell you more about this later
Okay man, I've gotta get outta here it's getting late and I'm hungry as FUCK
Check back in tomorrow and I will explain to you exactly what I mean about purpose and the success of your non-job
Till then, Im out
