Do you remember a few days ago I told you about that new program I’m doing ?
The one that will get me leaner and STRONGER ?
I am proud to report back that the program is whippin my ass into shape
For the first time in a long-long time, my face is starting to take on
the shape slightly different than the usual round.
Yep seems like captain jawbones is gonna make an appearance in the near future
As great as the news of forth coming rippedness is the program is also exposing me it’s TMZ
See as It turns out that all of those years of heavy lifting have
helped your boy develop some major weaknesses and muscle imbalances
The good news is some of the new shit I am doing is addressing these imbalances and
will lead to heavier lifts when I return to my traditional workouts
If that weren’t enough I think I am experiencing new muscle growth in some of the
muscles that had gone dormant
It may be just a hunch but the unbelievable levels of soreness I am experiencing in my quads, glutes and pecs
may ultimately lead to a leaner, stronger more muscular muthafucker
