Who keeps YOU Honest?
As you know, I’ve been training heavy since forever
By focusing on heavy lifting and basic lifts I’ve managed to
get FREAKIN strong – fast
All this heavy liftin hasn’t done shit for the way my body looks or feels
If you’ve been training for awhile you can probably relate
That is why I’ve decided to change my training from focusing solely on strength,
to getting strong and muthaf&^kin ripped
Aw yeah… Shits gonna get real.
The first change I’m makin is my diet.
I just hired a nutrition coach and for the first time in my life I will be writing down
each thing that goes into my mouth.
And yeah, In case you were wondering it’ll fuckin suck…
Here’s the good news though…
Over the few days I have been doin this writing shit down thing and
I’ve actually noticed myself getting leaner
A smarter guy might have realized what it took me so long to understand
Big changes are 10x harder to make when you don’t have someone to be accountable to
So let me ask you…
Do you have someone you are accountable to?
Is someone gonna give you shit if you don’t get things done?
